Final Grade

The final part of grading. The final grade is completed after the driveway and sidewalks have been installed. Grading of the property is done to ensure that the elevations meet the engineered site plan and to touch up any settling that may have occured during construction. A final grade needs to be approved in order to receive the C of O.
