San Marino Excavating, Inc. consistently delivers timely, reliable and experienced service to over 40 highly respected residential
building firms through out southeastern Michigan. We primarily focus on the residential aspect of the industry. We are at the front
end of the job as the first scoop of soil is removed off a vacant piece of property for a home, a condominium, or an apartment to the
end sculpture of the finish grade.
San Marino Excavating, Inc. produces over 500 – 600 houses a year from trucking, excavation of basement, installing water and
sewer services, septic systems (engineered), backfill of basement foundation, rough grade and prep for asphalt or concrete to final
grade of the property. Some of our service's for the job site include trucking of material on and off the site, including excess material,
fill sand & mason sand, 6A stone, pea stone for basements or temporary drives. We strive to provide a highly safe & productive job site for
our customers.
We are an experienced contractor for the not so easy jobs, such as engineered basements and septic systems that require a precise
amount of experience, knowledge and equipment to provide a safe and satisfactory job and final product.
